Hypnosis for Healthy Choices: Weight Loss

In order to lose weight
, and then keep that healthy weight, means changing your behaviors and making better choices. However, this does not have to be difficult to accomplish, so long as the changes are made not just consciously, but also at the subconscious level – where your whole mind is aligned toward achieving your goal. Traditional weight loss programs and self-help books only work with the physical body for weight loss – diet and exercise. However, the problem is that most of the time diet and exercise don’t work when your mind isn't behind it. In fact, many people gain all the weight back plus some within a year after going off of a diet plan (and some people even gain more weight just by going on a diet). It’s not a wonder why weight loss is a multi-million dollar industry, and many diet centers have repeat customers. The only real way to lose weight and keep it off permanently is to change how your mind thinks and feels about food. When your inner mind changes, the rest of your body follows.

, you will bring awareness to the reasons for your overeating, and learn some powerful techniques using Hypnosis, Guided Imagery and NLP to help you diminish unhealthy habits, while encouraging those behaviors which will have the excess weight come off effortlessly and improve your overall health and well-being!

Stress
is one of the biggest challenges that people are facing today. It is affecting people in their relationships, their careers, their health, and in general with the enjoyment of their life. When not properly managed, stress can become a significant contributor to sleep disorders, illness, depression, low self-esteem, fears, anxiety, anger, and addictions of all kinds. It can be a reaction to any number of things ~ whether real or imagined ~ such as to people, places, events, environment, etc. How does stress show up in your life? What triggers it? What negative thoughts and doubts does your mind become preoccupied with that pull you down, that hold you back from achieving what you deserve? How do you let fear of loss, failure and criticism cause you stress that prevents you from moving forward and doing things that would benefit you?
